Every order — whether a single 1g gold bar or a 1 kilogram bar — is handled with the highest level of care, discretion, and security from the moment it leaves our facility to the moment it arrives at your door.
Shipping Coverage
Coin Dinar currently ships to the following:

Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are subject to the following processing timeline:

Price Lock: Your order price is confirmed at the time of payment. Coin Dinar does not hold orders at a quoted price until full payment is received and cleared.
Secure Packaging
The security and discretion of your shipment is our priority. All orders are:
- Packed in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no indication of the contents or value on the exterior.
- Internally secured to prevent movement, damage, or tampering during transit.
- Shipped with tamper-evident sealing where required.
- Assay cards, Certicards, and original refinery packaging (PAMP, Valcambi, Emirates Gold) are kept intact and included with your shipment.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
Coin Dinar ships exclusively through secured, trackable, and insured courier services. We do not use standard postal services for any precious metals shipment.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs clearance, weather, or other factors outside Coin Dinar's control. We will communicate any known delays promptly.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments are fully insured for the declared value of the contents at the time of dispatch. Insurance covers:
- Loss in transit
- Theft during delivery
- Damage caused during transit
Insurance coverage is active from the moment the parcel is handed to our courier partner until successful delivery to the recipient's address and signature confirmation.
Insurance does not cover loss or damage after confirmed delivery. Coin Dinar strongly recommends that customers inspect their parcel upon receipt and report any concerns immediately — see the Claims section below.
Signature on Delivery
Due to the value of the contents, a valid signature is required upon delivery for all orders. Parcels will not be left unattended. If no authorised person is available to sign at the time of delivery:
- The courier will make a second delivery attempt, or
- The parcel will be held at a secure courier facility for collection within the timeframe specified by the courier.
Failure to collect within the courier's holding period may result in the parcel being returned to Coin Dinar. Re-delivery charges may apply.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order weight, declared value, destination, and chosen shipping method. Applicable fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Coin Dinar reserves the right to adjust shipping thresholds and rates. Any applicable fees will always be shown transparently prior to payment.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international shipments, the recipient is the importer of record and is solely responsible for:
- All customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country
- Compliance with local laws governing the import of precious metals
- Any delays caused by customs inspection or clearance
Coin Dinar will accurately declare the contents and value of all international shipments on customs documentation. We do not under-declare values or misrepresent contents under any circumstances.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your order reference number
- Courier name and tracking number
- A direct link to track your shipment in real time

Damaged or Lost Shipments — Claims Process
If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

In-Store Collection
Customers who prefer to collect their order in person are welcome to do so at our store. Please select "In-Store Collection" at checkout.
