Coin Dinar is a precious metals retailer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, specialising in certified gold and silver bullion bars sourced from the world's most prestigious LBMA-accredited refineries.
03 Products & Purity Standards
Coin Dinar sells certified precious metal bars sourced exclusively from internationally accredited refineries. All products are guaranteed to meet the purity specifications stated at the time of sale.
Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance due to refinery design updates.
04 Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Precious metal prices are subject to market fluctuations and may change without notice.
- Prices are live and reflect prevailing spot market rates at the time of display.
- Your order price is only confirmed and locked upon receipt of full cleared payment.
- Coin Dinar does not hold stock at a quoted price until payment is fully received.
- All transactions are subject to applicable UAE VAT where required by law.
05 Orders & Order Confirmation
Placing an order on the Coin Dinar website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not confirmed until you receive a formal Order Confirmation email from Coin Dinar.
Coin Dinar reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to:
- Products are out of stock or unavailable.
- Payment has not been received or has been declined.
- There is a pricing error on the product listing.
- The order is suspected to involve fraudulent activity.
- Delivery to the provided address is not possible.
In the event of a cancellation, any payment received will be refunded in full using the original payment method.
06 Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via secure, insured, and trackable courier services. Coin Dinar does not use standard postal services for the delivery of precious metals.
- All shipments are dispatched in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no indication of contents or value on the exterior.
- A valid signature is required upon delivery for all orders.
- All shipments are fully insured for the declared value of the contents from dispatch until confirmed delivery.
- For international shipments, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and compliance with applicable local laws.

07 Metal Purity Guarantee
Coin Dinar guarantees the purity, weight, and authenticity of every bar sold, in accordance with the specifications certified by the issuing refinery. Each bar carries the refinery's hallmark, fineness stamp, and — where applicable — a unique serial number and original assay card.
Coin Dinar strongly recommends that customers retain all original packaging, including Certicards and blister packaging for PAMP and Valcambi bars. Coin Dinar cannot accept liability for bars where original packaging has been opened, damaged, or tampered with after the point of purchase.

08 Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of precious metals as commodities subject to real-time price fluctuation, Coin Dinar operates a strictly limited returns policy.
- Returns are accepted only where a product demonstrably fails to meet its stated purity or weight specification, as confirmed by independent assay testing.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the product.
- Products must be returned in their original, unaltered condition with all original packaging intact.
- Coin Dinar will arrange and bear the cost of independent assay testing for all valid purity claims.
- If a claim is upheld, Coin Dinar will provide a full replacement or refund at its discretion.
09 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Coin Dinar shall not be liable for:
- Any loss arising from fluctuations in the market value of precious metals after the point of purchase.
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.
- Losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events.
- Loss or damage occurring after confirmed delivery and receipt of goods.
- Losses arising from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer at the time of order.
Nothing in these terms limits Coin Dinar's liability for fraud, personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
10 Intellectual Property
All content on the Coin Dinar website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Coin Dinar or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without the prior written consent of Coin Dinar.

Coin Dinar is committed to protecting your personal information. The collection, use, and storage of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the emirate of Dubai.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. Coin Dinar reserves the right to seek relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its interests.
